The Role

Overview

Operate warehouse duties (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) and forklift handling.

Tasks

-Prepare invoices for shipments to worksites. -Assist Warehouse Management with inventory reconciliation and inventory issues. -Operating Forklift within the Warehouse and outside in yard. -Locate stock into designated areas. -Driving duties as/if required for local collections and deliveries. -Pick and pack items for shipping. -Participate in weekly 6S audits when required. -Assist with cycle count and stock taking when required. -Book out equipment/spares to workshop personnel and to job sites. -Check and receipt goods inwards from suppliers, offshore, intercompany transfers. -Rotational duties required within the Warehouse (receiving, picking, packing, shipping). -Where appropriate raise non-conformance reports to follow up discrepancies found within processes. -Champion continuous improvement for the purpose of refining relevant processes and procedures.
