Tasks

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient data collection and processing, which supports the overall success of construction and design projects. -Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data collection processes and results, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. -Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project requirements are met. -Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of reality capture tools and software. -Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on captured data to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications. -Data Collection: Utilize reality capture technologies such as laser scanners, drones, and 3D cameras to collect accurate spatial data from construction sites. -Travel: Travel to various project sites as needed to perform data capture tasks.

What You Bring

-Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. -Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. -Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials. -Capable of standing and walking for extended periods. -Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Software Proficiency: Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and other relevant tools. -Strong experience in 3D laser scanning, possess a FAA Part 107 Certification for UAV (drone) operations. -Experience: Previous experience with reality capture technologies and data processing software (e.g., Autodesk ReCap, Leica Cyclone, Faro Scene). -Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
