-Leading all commercial matters and month-end processes, forecasting, and supply chain management -Supporting tenders and contributing to business growth -Representing Kier in client working groups and maintaining strong client relationships -Developing and motivating the commercial team on the contract -Managing risks, cash flow, and ensuring contract compliance

What You Bring
-You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chains -You are organised, deadline-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT packages -You have a full driving licence (does not need to be UK-specific) -You hold relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable) and have experience in a similar role
