Tasks

-Contribute to the planning and delivery of multiple high-end residential projects within London. -Liaise with design teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve site issues and maintain progress. -Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship. -Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies. -Manage site logistics, including parking arrangements and access coordination. -Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to budget. -Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

What You Bring

We are seeking X1/X2 experienced Site Managers to join a live project in Central London, with other projects in the pipeline. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of super-prime, high-end residential developments from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance. -Experience working for main contractors in London, preferably with knowledge of Act London projects. -Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. -Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and construction best practices. -Proven experience as a Site Manager on super-prime, high-end residential or mixed-use developments (£10m–£30m). -Ability to work under pressure and deliver to programme and budget.
