Tasks

-Support incident response and investigations, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions -Conduct daily field inspections, hazard identification, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to proactively prevent incidents -Reinforce a strong safety culture through visibility, accountability, and consistent field presence -Deliver safety orientations and training for new employees and contractors -Coach and engage employees and contractors on safe work practices, PPE use, and procedure compliance -Provide boots-on-the-ground safety oversight during manufacturing, commissioning, and production operations

What You Bring

-Physically able to conduct field inspections, climb stairs/ladders, and wear required PPE -Ability to work in dynamic, high-energy environments with 24/7 operations -Certifications: CHST, CSP, OSHA 30-Hour, or First Aid/CPR -Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable safety standards -Demonstrated experience conducting field inspections, JHAs, and incident investigations -Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach and influence across diverse teams -3+ years of experience in EHS roles within construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments
