Overview

Operate and maintain an aggregate plant to meet production goals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Tasks

-Operating a plant efficiently to maintain production goals. -May operate equipment including: front end loader, skip loader, skid steer, and other equipment as needed. -Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment. -Perform general maintenance, repair, and service plant as required. -Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures. -Maintain plant files and records. -Make decisions based on verifiable standards. -Follow instructions and meet set standards -Communicate current job information with contractors and drivers.

What You Bring

-Ability to obtain an M.S.H.A Part 46 Certificate (5000-23) as required for the job. -Lift up to 80 pounds. -Use hands, arms, and legs fully -Ability and willingness to abide by Company's Code of Conduct daily. -0-2+ years of experience operating a plant—preferred. -Ability to react and quickly adapt in a fast-paced the plant environment. -High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience -Ability to communicate clearly. -Ability to troubleshoot plant operational issues. -See well (either naturally or with correction) -Ability to understand and comply with MSHA rules and regulations. -Ability to communicate bilingually in English and Spanish is a plus! -Demonstrate ability to learn Company’s timekeeping and reporting systems.
