Tasks

-Oversight of technology project delivery methodology, which is owned by the Digital Delivery Lead. -Accountability for IT service provision across the DBFO Co, including IT service desk and IT infrastructure. -Delivery of Business Change initiatives across Connect Plus Services. -Identification, reporting and tracking of functional and business level risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalating to senior leadership levels as required -Management of all commercial processes in conjunction with the CPS commercial team. -Engage senior leaders across the business to ensure they take accountability for key portfolio benefits in conjunction with the Finance team. -Security of all data generated as part of the DBFO contract and ensuring controls and measures in place to mitigate risk. -Management of Digital and Data budget and engagement with Finance Business Partner. -Oversight of Business Change governance and progress reporting. -Delivery of project/programme benefits through to realisation. -Ownership of key governance forums on progress made, such as the CPS Change Board. -Regular updates on progress made and status reporting to the PMO Director, Senior Leadership Team, and CPS Board.

What You Bring

-Experience of working in a technology project lifecycle across the organisation and ensuring key documentation is in place. -Expertise in digital technology and its application. -Formal programme management qualification, such as MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), Prince2 Practitioner, or and equivalent senior level qualification -Previous experience of delivering business change and transformation programmes in a large/complex organisation -Evidence of successfully managing large change programmes through to timely completion and working with sponsors to ensure delivery of benefits. -Interdependency identification and tracking -Business Change capability building and embedding. -Senior stakeholder management and influencing experience
