Tasks

As a key contributor across the full project lifecycle, this role is responsible for planning, developing detailed project programmes, and monitoring performance to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes—on time and within budget. You’ll work in alignment with established project procedures to drive excellence and efficiency from initiation through to completion -Supporting risk identification and mitigation, and promoting a culture of safety and accountability. -Developing and reviewing construction planning strategies across all phases. -Monitoring site progress, updating resource allocations, and ensuring accurate quantity tracking. -Collaborating closely with site teams to ensure real-time data reflects actual construction activity. -Establishing and maintaining project controls, reporting frameworks, and compliance processes. -Interfacing with stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams.

What You Bring

The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise. -Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls). -Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the construction industry. -Skilled in using BIM and other digital engineering packages. -Proficient in 4D Modelling for visualising construction sequences. -Proven experience in project planning, controls, and reporting across complex construction projects. -Experienced in conducting Schedule Risk Analysis to identify and mitigate delays. -Ability to manage reporting, compliance, and risk processes. -Strong working knowledge of planning software and digital engineering tools. -Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. -Experience in planning and project controls within construction. -Skilled in resource allocation, progress tracking, and variation assessments. -Proactive approach to safety, compliance, and team collaboration.
