-Managing the monthly bookkeeping/accounting at the property -Processing Security Deposit refunds -Assist Community Manager's efforts to create and monitor all aspects of marketing for the property -Assist Community Manager with the property's revenue management pricing -Assist Community Manager with training and onboarding of new staff members -Responsible for deposit of rent -Manage resident ledgers -Assist Community Manager with monitoring and responding to property's online reviews

What You Bring

-1 to 3 years’ experience with high rise and lease up -Emphasis on the ability to lead personnel -Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) -1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management -Excellent customer service and communication skills -Ability to perform all duties of the Bookkeeper and Leasing Staff -Knowledge of Yardi Software -Working during inclement weather is also necessary -Some college experience is preferred
