-Maintain accurate customer records, process returns/credits, and support complaint resolution -Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to align customer needs with production and delivery schedules -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards -Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution -Manage customer orders, pricing, and delivery coordination using SAP, Salesforce, and HighRadius

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree required -3–6 years of experience in order management or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment -Proficiency in SAP (strongly preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) -Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
