The Role

Overview

Manage and grow key builder/contractor accounts for CSR Exterior Systems in SE Queensland.

Tasks

-Manage the conversion of specified projects into successful sales outcomes. -Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence to inform strategy. -Responsible for developing and maintaining of Territory & Key Account Plans for the portfolio. -Collaborate with CSR's national sales and support teams to deliver results aligned to business targets. -Using CRM to record customer activity & market intel (daily/weekly) -Maintain a structured call cycle, sales pipeline and provide regular activity reporting. -Proactively engage with builders, contractors, and resellers to promote the full CSR Exterior Systems offering. -Develop and implement customer growth plans that drive continuous share growth across the product portfolio.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive commercial outcomes. -Strong time management, organisation, and CRM reporting skills. -The ability to read plans or understand technical elements of building products (advantageous). -5+ years' experience in account or territory management (building, construction, or related industry preferred).
