Tasks

-Conduct due diligence on potential sites, including capacity and design evaluations. -Monitor and ensure quality and compliance throughout construction and commissioning phases. -Contribute to budget planning and cost estimation for construction projects. -Manage consultant performance and oversee project execution. -Drive the development of modular and containerized solutions for data centre delivery. -Collaborate with stakeholders to translate design standards into project-specific plans. -Coordinate with local teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver operational facilities. -Define scopes of work for consultants and review proposals.

What You Bring

-Experience in construction management and commissioning. -Degree or above in engineering or a related discipline. -Familiarity with safety standards in design and construction. -Willingness to travel internationally. -Proven experience in modular data centre development and delivery. -Strong background in designing and constructing critical environments. -Knowledge of major systems and equipment used in data centres. -Ability to resolve site issues and work collaboratively with construction teams. -Excellent communication skills in English, including presenting proposals and leading meetings. -Understanding of data centre operations, fit-out, and failover modes. -Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
