Tasks

As an EHS Advisor, you will provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring EHS compliance across all activities. You will develop, implement, and maintain safety management systems, lead site audits, coordinate risk assessments, and deliver training to ensure a strong safety culture across multiple sites. -Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and produce corrective action plans. -Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards. -Prepare and update EHS Plans, RAMS, and KPI reports in line with legal and company requirements. -Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend preventive actions. -Advise and support management, site teams, and subcontractors on all EHS matters. -Deliver toolbox talks and EHS training sessions as required.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our client’s growing team in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects within the electrical and construction sectors, ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety compliance. -NFQ Level 8 qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent). -Additional Environmental Management qualification (NFQ Level 6 or equivalent). -Strong knowledge of Irish Construction Regulations and HSA requirements. -Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills. -3+ years’ experience in a similar role within electrical, mechanical, or construction industries. -Ability to travel to multiple project sites as required. -Safe Pass, First Aid, Train the Trainer, and internal ISO auditor certifications (desirable).

Benefits
