Overview

Design and develop wet utility systems (water, sewer, storm) for infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modeling to inform design decisions and evaluate the impacts of drainage systems. -Prepare reports calculations and design documentation -Conduct technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure high-quality deliverables. -Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation -Develop and assess surface water drainage systems to ensure efficient stormwater management and adherence to local regulations. -Prepare design using Civil 3D software for BIM environment. -Assist in delivering Infrastructure projects, supporting project leaders in delivering successful outcomes.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred. -Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations. -Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and lead large-scale projects. -Working knowledge of relevant software packages like HEC HMS, HEC RAS, EPANET, WaterCAD, InfoWorks, SewerCAD, StormCAD, SWMM. -Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Wet Utilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field. -Experience and familiarity with the following programs are a plus: ArcGIS, MicroStation, MicroDrainage, HAMMER. -Experience in designu of Wet Utilities including Potable Water, Sewer, Storm, Irrigation, District cooling, and Firefighting. -Knowledge of clash resolution of utilities modeling software like Navisworks, Bentley Navigator, Autodesk Civil 3D.
