Overview

Convert point cloud data to 2D/3D Revit models for commercial remodel projects.

Tasks

-Support additional production tasks as needed -Document building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing -Create organized reports and digital documentation -Convert point cloud survey data into accurate 2D drawings and 3D Revit models -Collaborate with project teams to maintain BIM standards and workflows -Ensure precision and professionalism in all project details -Prepare and perform quality checks on Revit deliverables

What You Bring

-Solid drafting, design, and architectural skills -Minimum 2 years of Revit experience in an architectural firm -Proven experience working on commercial projects -Experience with commercial construction projects -Strong proficiency in Revit and construction document production -Degree in Architecture or a related field
