Manage project billing, revenue recognition, and AR tasks using Deltek Vantagepoint.

Tasks

-Assist employees and clients by answering questions related to accounts projects, and procedures. -Review AR Ledger monthly and research any oddities. -Enter/Post Cash Receipts for your assigned offices. -Create invoices and earn revenue monthly according to amounts projected -Review Monthly Unbilled report and research any problem projects. -Setup, review, and update billable projects in Deltek Vantagepoint.

What You Bring

-Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills used to build trust and meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders -Experience with a consulting A/E firm in an Accounts Receivable function. -Proactive, proven ability to work effectively independently, with excellent organizational skills and fierce attention to detail -High School Diploma or equivalent. -Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role. -Dynamic and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to shifting priorities and ambiguity in a high-growth company. -Knowledge of general accounting practices. -Experience using Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint software.
