Promoting Diversity and Inclusion at Freyssinet! Lead the Future of Remedial Estimating at Freyssinet Australia! As a Senior Estimator in our Major Projects Division, you’ll take the lead on estimating, tender preparation, and submissions, ensuring accurate methodology, costings, and program development. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development and Operations teams, as well as directly with clients. -Engage with clients throughout the tender process. -Follow up on project submissions and maintain detailed records. -Lead and attend handover meetings with the construction team. -Improve and refine tendering processes and quality assurance standards. -Prepare detailed cost estimates, working alongside BD & Operations on methodologies and programs. -Assess tenders to determine project scope, gathering additional information where required. -Mentor and build a team of junior estimators as the division expands. -Take ownership of estimating major remedial projects from inception to submission.

✔ Leadership Potential: Ready to step into a senior role and develop a team. ✔ Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent). ✔ Experience: 5-15 years in Estimating within the Remedial, Civil, or Construction industry. ✔ Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. ✔ Technical Expertise: Facades, Concrete Repair, Blast & Paint, Structures, or Remediation preferred. ✔ Autonomy: Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
