Project Controls Manager

Overview

Lead project controls, manage cost/schedule baselines and guide controls team.

Tasks

-Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicate the reasons for variances along with proposed mitigation plans to Project Management. -Provide training and coaching to Project Controls specialists. -Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.

-Proficiency in Primavera P6. -Bachelor's Degree. -Background in construction. -10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination. -Experience in scheduling coordination, cost control, and forecasting.
