The Role

Overview

Admin support for construction projects, handling docs, meetings, safety data

Tasks

-Support the technical team with NHBC, Premier Guarantee & LABC registrations. -Collate monthly Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) figures. -Assist in the production of site setup and Plot handover packs. -Support the Contracts Manager with the distribution of construction-related documents and reports to site teams and relevant stakeholders and members of the supply chain. E.g. NHQC reports. -Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system. -Produce letters, reports, and memos as required, using Microsoft Office packages, and Vistry systems. E.g. COINS and 4build app. -Collate and log build cases and communications from sites into Vistry’s CRM system, Keys. -Arrange and support construction meetings and events, including accommodation arrangements as required.

-Able to work with a high degree of accuracy -Be familiar with the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies. -Willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge -Excellent organisational skills -Be able to work well as part of a team and able to use own initiative when required -Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines -BTEC diploma or certificate in administration -Experience of working in an office environment -Ability to communicate with colleagues of varying seniority -Educated to GCSE standard or -equivalent in Maths and English -Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Excellent numeric and literacy skills
