Tasks

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a strategic role in managing complex hiring initiatives, driving data-informed talent strategies, and partnering with key business leaders while performing full-cycle recruitment. -Leverage talent intelligence reports and external data to provide hiring managers with strategic guidance. -Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, business leaders, and employer branding, to improve talent acquisition effectiveness. -Lead high-touch, specialised recruitment efforts for senior-level and niche positions. -Influence hiring decisions through data storytelling and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve talent acquisition processes. -Serve as a trusted talent advisor, developing recruitment strategies based on market insights and business objectives. -Develop proactive hiring strategies based on talent market shifts, industry layoffs, competitor expansions, and regulatory changes.

What You Bring

-Experienced in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-touch, specialised, or senior-level hiring. -Proficiency in Workday or other ATS for managing end-to-end recruitment. -Deep knowledge of industry trends, employment law, and best practices in talent acquisition. -Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers through data and market intelligence. -Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience leading complex hiring projects. -Expertise in recruitment analytics, including sourcing effectiveness, hiring trends, external market influences, and workforce planning.
