Tasks

-Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment -Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance. -Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance. -Manage and maintain client relationships. -Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues. -Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded -Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors. -Exceptional people management abilities. -Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential -Strong skills in managing client relationships.
