Manage commercial aspects of Veolia CHP contracts, including negotiation, risk, and cost control.

Tasks

-Commercial oversight of Veolia CHP operational contracts, including negotiation of new contracts and contract renewals -Supporting project procurement. -Take responsibility for the commercial control of a number of contracts, bids and processes. -To provide timely and good quality management reports to the Senior Commercial Manager and the Senior leadership team when requested. -Estimating and putting in place effective cost control mechanisms. -Ensure that at all times the commercial interests of the delivery team are protected. -Identify the risks, liabilities and commitments contained within contractual agreements and ensure that the business fully appreciates any potential impact. -Sub Contract Management – Enquiry, subcontract drafting, measure, valuation agreement & payment.

What You Bring

-Previous knowledge and experience of operations and maintenance contracting would be beneficial -Experience of dealing with contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal/termination -A proven track record in supporting stakeholder management -An efficient problem solver with excellent organisation skills
