P&C Business Partner - Day to Day P&C + HR Strategy

Overview

Deliver daily P&C admin and strategic HR support for Rail Systems business.

Tasks

-Connect with operational leaders based in Melbourne and Perth. -Advise and coach managers on P&C policies, performance management, appraisals, and everyday people issues. -Manage redeployment and redundancy processes during project demobilisation. -Assist with workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and delivery of end-of-year appraisals. -Support the business with everyday P&C admin tasks to include changes to work conditions, advising on parental leave, coaching managers on challenging conversations, ER matters, and processing promotions or other approvals.

What You Bring

-Comfortable juggling admin and strategic tasks, and happy with some planned interstate travel. -Experience in a P&C/HR support role with some experience of a blue-collar workforce. -Con fident communicator with great relationship-building and coaching skills.
