Overview

Perform building maintenance, repairs, and renovations for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards -Ensure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview) -Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours -Perform on-call emergency maintenance -Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting -Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team -Assist with snow removal

-Excellent time-management skills -Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment -Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written -Valid driver’s license -Group RRSP matching -Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service -Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time -Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness -Own reliable vehicle -Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment -Elbow 5 Eight (SW Calgary) -Familiarity with technology is an asset -3 years renovation experience an asset -Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards -2 years maintenance service experience required -Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
