Tasks

-Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build robust data pipelines and translate insights into action. -Productionise AI/ML models using MLOps best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance monitoring. -Lead the design, build, and maintenance of AI/ML models, tools, and evaluation frameworks using Azure, Fabric, and Power BI. -Maintain accurate status updates for current and future work in required tools. -Design and improve foundational infrastructure and reusable patterns for scalable AI/ML development. -Ensure responsible and ethical AI use, with well-documented and up-to-date solution patterns.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills and an open, transparent approach. -Ability to mentor and coach developers across AI/ML disciplines. -Demonstrated experience in application analysis, design, development, and deployment using SQL (Spark SQL) and Python (PySpark). -Strong experience with Microsoft AI/ML tools and platforms including Azure, Fabric, AI Foundry, and Power BI. -Experience in enterprise-grade software development using Microsoft technologies. -Proven ability to lead design and engineering efforts in a collaborative team environment. -5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development or software engineering with AI/ML integration. -Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects. -Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (preferred but not required).
