You will lead the technical process from planning through to handover, ensuring information is produced, reviewed and distributed on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

- Oversee Building Regulations compliance and the discharge of planning conditions
- Manage working drawings, specifications and consultant outputs
- Arrange and assess surveys (site, soil, contamination etc) and technical reports
- Act as CDM Coordinator, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes, new methods and innovative building products
- Coordinate planning, design freeze, regulatory approvals and warranty requirements
- Track budgets, approve consultant payments and maintain cost accuracy
- Drive value engineering and quality control across projects
- Manage service connections, disconnections and statutory agreements (Section 38/104/278)
- Review design details to ensure practical, cost-effective and high-quality solutions

- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, planning policies, NHBC requirements and CDM
- Proven technical experience in residential housebuilding, managing multiple projects
- Detail-driven with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Confident coordinating consultants and reviewing technical designs
