Operation & Maintenance Manager

Lead O&M of MEP facilities in Qatar, managing teams, budgets, compliance, and innovation.

Tasks

-Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs. -Monitor and report on operational performance, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring continuous improvement. -Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for O&M activities. -Manage and supervise technical teams, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery. -Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies. -Drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of best practices and new technologies, including CAFM systems. -Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address operational concerns. -Lead and manage the overall operations and maintenance activities across all MEP systems and soft services.

What You Bring

-Valid UPDA Grade A Certificate is mandatory. -Bachelor’s Degree in MEP Engineering from a recognized institution. -Proficiency in FM software and reporting tools. -Minimum 15 years of experience in an Operation & Maintenance Manager role within the Facilities Management field in the State of Qatar. -Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is required. -Familiarity with international FM standards and local regulatory requirements. -CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certification is preferred. -Proven track record in managing large-scale FM operations. -Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
