Tasks

-Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing data issues and access requests. -Support data integrity and operations, including imports, exports, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. -Contribute to the development of team processes, documentation, and best practices in a fast-evolving environment. -Monitor Salesforce license usage, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with contractual limits. -Provide training and assistance to the team as necessary -Manage system configurations, user profiles, permission sets, and security settings. -Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features and assess their impact on current processes. -Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. -1+ years of Help desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity is helpful but not required. -Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, automation tools, and reporting capabilities. -Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. -Proven experience with Salesforce deployment tools and release management processes. -Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred -Bachelor’s Degree is helpful but not required. -3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment.
