-Identify and propose new sources for existing indirect materials to improve service and delivery. -Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories. -Support contract and agreement negotiations with suppliers under guidance from senior sourcing staff. -Support contract preparation and review processes for indirect materials and services -Assist in preparing reports such as cost savings, quote analysis, and supplier performance. -Participate in spend analysis activities to uncover sourcing opportunities. -Conduct market and supplier performance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. -Contribute to strategic sourcing activities for indirect materials and services, leveraging Danfoss’s consolidated spend and standardization efforts. -Help manage vendor relationships, including tracking performance and service levels. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sourcing initiatives.
-C.P.M. or C.P.I.M. and/or PMP certification is a plus -Strong analytical and communication skills -Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain support roles or equivalent experience in operations -Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or combination of relative experience -Technology Savvy with a strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications, specifically Excel, power BI -Up to 10% travel (domestic/international) may be required -Ability to support project plans and sourcing activities across business units -Basic contract and negotiation understanding -Willingness to learn and contribute to global sourcing initiatives
