Maintain and repair industrial equipment to ensure reliable plant operations

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Observe all safety precautions and standards. -Provide support to the manufacturing processes by troubleshooting and/or repairing industrial equipment including electrical components, motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, compressors, chillers and boilers -Maintain/Troubleshoot RGV’s/LGV’s and other automated material handling equipment -Clearly communicate all relevant information to the appropriate teams -Build Customer Satisfaction -Troubleshoot and execute repairs of equipment causing or contributing to safety, quality, downtime/productivity opportunities and issues -Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

What You Bring

-Experience working on winding equipment a plus -Experience in a highly automated facility a plus -Strong computer skills -Ability to program PLC’s and understand the manufacturing processes that they accompany -Industrial welding experience a plus -Ability to read, interpret and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, and flow charts -Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems -Must have a flexible work schedule to include overtime as applicable -Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with production staff -Ability to identify and diagnose problems and implement corrective action -Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
