Tasks

We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to be a critical part of our team, estimating and overseeing heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Tucson area. While your main focus will be estimating large-scale projects, you’ll also have the opportunity to manage select projects from bid award through completion, providing a full cradle-to-grave project experience. -Take ownership of projects from bid to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery. -Collaborate with a high-performing team in a company that promotes progressive leadership and a culture of excellence. -Estimate and manage heavy civil private works construction projects across Greater Tucson.

Requirements

• 5+ years

What You Bring

-5+ years of Heavy Civil Construction experience, with strong expertise in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, or paving. -Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, AUTOCAD, Agtek, and/or Bluebeam. -A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred but not required. -Experience with negotiated projects and technical writing skills is a plus. -Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite.
