Tasks
You’ll be the go-to leader on your projects, managing everything from schedule and budget to subcontractors and client relationships. If you enjoy hands-on project management, being out in the field, and taking ownership of your work, this role is built for you. -Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and budgets. -Lead subcontractor procurement, contracts, and coordination. -Support preconstruction and estimating teams as needed. -Work closely with superintendents to drive site progress, resolve issues, and maintain safety and quality. -Serve as the primary contact for clients, GCs, and internal teams. -Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications. -Manage ground-up retail and industrial tilt-wall construction projects from start to finish.

What You Bring
-Ability to lead multiple projects and teams effectively. -Hands-on experience with ground-up retail and industrial tilt-wall projects. -7+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a GC or subcontractor. -Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost management. -Comfortable working in the field and managing hands-on construction operations. -Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and standard office tools.
