Tasks
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team within Vistry Thames Valley, at our Windsor site. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves liaising with Partners, Customers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as handling risks, issues, and compliance. -Integrate commercial considerations into decision-making processes. -Ensure the safety and welfare of all individuals involved, in line with Vistry's safety policy. -Motivate and engage employees to drive excellence in project delivery. -Develop and coach team members, encouraging growth and providing constructive feedback. -Induct and support team members in role-specific requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. -Identify and manage any additional work, ensuring clear cost agreements. -Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. -Regularly review and manage the project programme to ensure timely completion. -Creates a positive environment which drives a culture of respect and mutual support within their team -Ensure adherence to Vistry's on-site processes. -Lead and facilitate key project meetings with stakeholders. -Ensure that quality standards are consistently met throughout the project by implementing effective quality management processes and conducting regular reviews. -Develop plans to ensure resource and supply chain requirements are met. -Lead the successful completion of the project, maintaining high standards in quality, time, and client relations. -Oversee all project-related communication. -Manage internal and external teams to meet project goals. -Foster continuous safety improvements across the project.

What You Bring
-Experience in the management of Health and Safety -Experience working on new build multi story projects or housing projects -Reputation for integrity, maturity and sound business judgment and be totally comfortable leading and working in a team environment -Valid LOLER certificate -Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and building legislation -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan -Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy -Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate -Excellent interpersonal skills -A proven operational, team player who can set direction and delivery within challenging market conditions -NVQ Level 6 -7 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar -Ability to analyse technical and commercial aspects of developments and apply solutions in terms of time, cost, quality, and best use of available resources -Creates consensus through influence and persuasion with the ability to inspire others -Valid SMSTS Certificate -Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
