Tasks

-Using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn to identify and connect with candidates -Building relationships with professionals in our core industries -Managing job postings and candidate pipelines -Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement projects -Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and ready to contribute to a supportive, high-performing team. -Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Learning to source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles -Adaptable and resourceful: able to problem-solve and think creatively when faced with challenges -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Benefits: Retirement (4% match), Healthcare (50% covered), Paid Holidays, PTO (3 weeks in your first year, 4 weeks after 5 years) Compensation: $50,000 per year + Commission As a Staff Recruiter, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruiting process from start to finish helping clients find top talent and candidates find amazing career opportunities. You’ll be trained in both business development and recruiting strategies. -Monthly team events (Happy Hours, Painting with a twist, scavenger hunts, Volunteer days, golf outings, and more!) -Hybrid schedule with opportunities for growth into leadership roles -At PRS, we think giving back is extremely important. We have multiple charitable initiatives we participate in each year including our very own annual golf tournament, where all the proceeds are donated.
