Tasks

-Train and develop maintenance technicians to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. -Maintain CMMS records, manage spare parts inventory, and support capital projects. -Collaborate with production to resolve equipment issues and implement long-term fixes. -Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations. -Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. -Oversee daily maintenance operations and lead preventive maintenance schedules.

What You Bring

-Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. -Meaningful Work in the Renewable Energy Industry -Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. -Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office. -3 years of industrial maintenance and team leadership experience.
