Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, security, ERP and M&A integration across multi-site manufacturing firm.

Tasks

-Foster a service-oriented culture that supports all departments and remote sites. -Manage integration of ERP with key systems (CRM, Paylocity HRIS, engineering platforms, inventory management, etc.). -Oversee annual IT budgeting, forecasting, lifecycle planning, and vendor management. -Lead due-diligence activities for IT during acquisitions (infrastructure, cybersecurity, licensing, systems landscape). -Implement best-practice IT governance, project management frameworks, and documentation. -Ensure reliable help desk support, system uptime, data recovery, and continuity protocols. -Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Operations on change management during integrations. -Maintain and improve cybersecurity standards, policies, and compliance requirements (NIST, SOC, ISO, etc.). -Work on cutting-edge technology that shapes the future of smart mobility. -Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure high-quality IT service delivery. -Develop and execute an enterprise-wide IT strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals, including multi-site and multi-state environments. -Serve as the functional and strategic lead for the company’s ERP (e.g., Infor CSI/Syteline or future systems). -Support data governance, reporting standards, and business intelligence initiatives. -Partner with executive leaders (COO, CFO, VP Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, Sales) to identify digital transformation opportunities. -Standardize technology across new entities to align with MoboTrex enterprise standards. -Lead and mentor a distributed IT team; establish clear performance goals, processes, and service delivery standards. -Direct complex, cross-functional IT projects involving multiple business units and states. -Lead system optimization, upgrades, new module implementation, and workflow enhancements. -Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs for hardware, software, cybersecurity, and telecom. -Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical leaders and employees. -Regularly present strategic updates, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership. -Manage enterprise software, licensing, and hardware lifecycle across all entities. -Create and execute post-acquisition integration roadmaps (network, email/domain, ERP/HRIS migration, hardware standardization). -Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, hardware, and system performance across all sites.

What You Bring

-Strong leadership history in manufacturing, distribution, engineering, industrial, or similar environments preferred. -Microsoft 365/Azure AD administration. -ERP systems (Infor CSI/Syteline strongly preferred or equivalent). -Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. -Demonstrated success leading M&A IT integrations (due diligence, migration, consolidation). -API integrations and data management. -Expertise with ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing (Infor CSI/Syteline, SAP B1, NetSuite, or similar) preferred. -Hybrid work flexibility available, with presence required in Pflugerville, TX headquarters and Davenport, IA corporate office during key periods. -Experience overseeing IT security, infrastructure, and enterprise applications. -Strong customer-service orientation and collaborative mindset. -Cybersecurity protocols and tools. -Project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification a plus). -Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional partners. -Network architecture, WAN/LAN, VPN, VOIP. -High adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment. -Proven ability to lead IT modernization, cloud migrations, and network standardization. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. -10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including multi-site, multi-state operations preferred. -Travel up to 20–30% may be required to visit multiple states and business units.
