Tasks

-Manage the site QA/QC team, where applicable, ensuring effective implementation of quality assurance processes. -Coordinate and execute specialized discipline audits across mechanical, civil, and electrical works. -Validate construction progress and report deviations or risks to project stakeholders. -Lead comprehensive audits of on-site activities to ensure alignment with drawings, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks. -Act as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) representative or Owner’s Rep, contributing to the PMC-side QA/QC efforts and project oversight.
