Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor

Tasks

-Oversee service projects from start to finish -Take calls after hours and weekends as necessary. -Repair, maintain & install commercial HVAC equipment -Check on accounts and inspect work being performed -Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet planned gross profit goals. -Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and assisting the sales team when needed. -Lead and support a team of Service Technicians in the field. -Ensure compliance with all codes, standards, and safety regulations. -Provide field service reports to the Operations Manager

What You Bring

-Ability to plan, prioritize, and direct complex projects and teams. -Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. -A2L refrigeration knowledge is a plus -HS diploma or equivalent -Managerial experience is preferred -7+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience -Associate degree or Technical/Business training is a plus -EPA Universal and 508 certifications are required
