Tasks

-Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and supply chain partners. -Cost Planning & Budgeting: Develop accurate cost plans and forecasts for awarded and tendered projects. -Risk Management: Assess commercial, operational, and environmental risks. -Sustainability Integration: Incorporate green technologies and support net-zero objectives. -Work on specialist projects with significant impact. -Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly CVR reports and monitor cash flow. -Procurement & Compliance: Lead tendering processes and ensure adherence to framework requirements. -Contract Administration: Manage tender documents, evaluations, purchase orders, and final accounts. -Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. -Site Inspections: Verify works, measure progress, and certify payments. -Team Leadership: Mentor junior surveyors and foster collaboration.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of cost planning, contract administration, and procurement. -Proven experience as a Project Surveyor in property services or similar. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Clearance currently takes around 6 months. -Ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements.
