Overview
Assist PM in planning, budgeting, procurement & oversight of water facility construction.

Tasks
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. Prepare comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders -Help and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote teamwork and accountability -Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to financial targets -Address project challenges and obstacles effectively. Implement innovative solutions to overcome issues and ensure project success -Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and subcontractor management. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements -Assist the team in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate resources and materials to ensure timely project completion

What You Bring
-PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus -Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from initiation to completion -Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the Portland, OR area -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field -Strong understanding of concrete and pipe installation processes and techniques -Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills -Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in water facility projects
