We're on the lookout for a licensed community association manager (LCAM) in sunny Florida to lead the charge in managing single associations, master associations, or those with multiple sub-associations. This isn't just a job; it's an invitation to be at the forefront of creating thriving communities. -Project management and leadership skills, especially supervising on-site personnel. -Working knowledge of statutes for assigned Condominium or Homeowner Association type. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -LCAM Certification in accordance with Florida state laws -2-3 years of relevant experience in community association management. -Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and tech-savvy in leveraging tools for administrative efficiency. -Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. -Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
