Tasks

-Promote teamwork, communication, and accountability among all jobsite personnel. -Manage site logistics in occupied environments with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. -Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up projects ($2M - $50M). -Maintain exceptional safety and quality standards on active jobsites. -Conduct daily reports, inspections, and site meetings to track progress and maintain documentation. -Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum. -Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead Ground Up Construction Projects in the Houston area. Sectors we specialize in include Education (K-12 and Higher Education), Religious (Churches), Municipal (fire stations, courthouses, libraries, etc.) and General Commercial (Airport/Aviation projects, Tilt-Wall Warehouse/Light Industrial, Office/Shop space, etc). -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred. -Experience running projects in the $2M - $50M range -Proven success managing ground-up commercial projects in any of the following sectors: Religious, Municipal, and/or Education (K-12/Higher Education) -OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred. -5-10 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Lead Superintendent. -Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, finish work, and MEP coordination. -Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Ability to manage multiple trades in tight, fast-paced schedules.
