Working with the Strategic Pursuits Director, SP+APD to coordinate implementation of strategic initiatives.
Participating on internal and client bid management committees and colour reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) to relay critical information, deliver updates, and manage expectations.
Managing input from and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization including senior management, shared services, and multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups that support strategic initiatives.
Reviewing and tracking of requirements to ensure compliance with Bid guidance documentation.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of SharePoint document management is an asset.
Bachelor’s Degree, technical degree or equivalent work experience (project management, construction management, engineering, finance, or relevant field) is an asset.
Understanding of Alternative Delivery contact models (Design-Build (DB); Public Private Partnership (P3); Progressive Design-Build (PDB), Progressive P3, Alliance, and IPD) is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills, as the role requires continuous interaction with team members, project leadership, and external clients/stakeholders.
APMP, PMP, or similar designation is an asset.
Strong project management skills, the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
Five or more years of experience in proposal development or similar environment. Candidates with previous experience working in Engineering Consulting or Professional Services firms are preferred.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including editing, and proofreading abilities.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and cloud-based technology. Adobe Suite is an asset.
