Front‑of‑house and admin coordinator managing reception, diaries and office operations.

Tasks

-Oversee reception services, ensuring a polished and efficient front-of-house function. -Order office stationery and arrange couriers. -Act as an ambassador for the business, ensuring a positive first impression at all times. -Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and colleagues. -Support wider Infrastructure events. -Support Personal Assistants with diary and meeting management as required. -Act as the main point of contact for facilities reception-related matters in the flagship office. -Manage the visitor journey end-to-end, including sign-in, hospitality, and guiding them to meeting rooms. -Oversee the coordination of internal and external meetings, including room setup, technology, and catering requirements. -Coordinate diaries for one of the Directors, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritisation. -Manage meeting room bookings, resolving conflicts and ensuring optimal utilisation of space. -Identify opportunities to improve office processes, systems, and visitor experience, embedding best practices.

What You Bring

-Confident user of Microsoft Office and digital scheduling/room booking tools. -Experience in an office administration, facilities, or reception/front-of-house role. -Strong organisational skills with proven experience in diary management and meeting coordination. -Educated to GCSE level
