Tasks
-🚨 Managing Incidents and Emergencies with Confidence Act as the primary point of contact during operational incidents, emergencies, and security situations. Coordinate responses, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that safety remains the top priority at all times. -🔧 Driving Operational Excellence and Innovation Identify opportunities to improve station performance, enhance the customer experience, and streamline processes. Contribute to strategic planning and help shape the future direction of our stations. -🤝 Collaborating Across the Network Build strong working relationships with train operating companies, retail partners, contractors, and other stakeholders. Work together to ensure that station operations run smoothly and that customer needs are met with professionalism and care. -🧭 Leading with Purpose and Integrity Provide clear, confident, and compassionate leadership to your team. Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement. Support team members in their development and ensure they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed. -🛡 ️ Championing Safety, Accessibility, and Compliance Ensure that all station activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and accessibility regulations. Promote a proactive safety culture and take swift action to address any risks or concerns.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in IT systems, data analysis, and operational reporting -Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment -Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets or contracts -A willingness to undertake and complete safety and incident management training -Familiarity with railway operations, transport systems, or infrastructure improvement projects -Previous experience in safety management, incident response, or accident investigation -Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure -A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service -A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with excellent planning and organisational abilities
