Tasks

-Gather and organize items for JFK’s weekly reports. -Preparing correspondence using Microsoft Word and/or email; proofreading correspondence for signature; reviewing and prioritizing incoming correspondence. -Manage business travel arrangements for staff, process and track business expenses and/or reimbursements, ensuring timely submission of travel and special events requests. Coordinate the logistics for travel, payment, and registrations. -Maintaining files and regular program files, ticklers and/or follow-up systems. -This position will assist the Deputy General Manager and serve as a back up to the General Manager’s Senior Administrative Secretary and will also assist management staff with administrative policy and procedures.

What You Bring

-At least 5 years of experience in providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. -Capable of working independently and as part of a team -Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines -Attention to detail and accuracy in work -Ability to handle confidential information discreetly -Demonstrated ability to take initiative and use independent judgment. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, etc.) -Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work independently -Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels within and outside the organization -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) -Excellent time management and organizational abilities
