Tasks

-Manage and implement project schedules while analyzing, managing, and mitigating risk. -Inspect tools, materials and equipment and perform inventory tracking updates. -Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. -Manage and implement quality control programs including performing QC inspections, meetings and deliverables onsite and offsite. -Manage and implement safety programs including performing safety inspections, meetings, and deliverables onsite and offsite. -Assist in generating Request for information and Change order documents. -Coordinate and direct construction teams and subcontractors. -Meet contractual conditions of performance while planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. -Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, ensuring safety protocol are followed.

What You Bring

-5 years’ experience as a construction superintendent required -Keen ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships onsite while supporting technical/cost proposal efforts. -OSHA 30-hour, USACE CQM-C, First Aid/CPR training desired. -High school Diploma or GED required -Leader with strong field and office management experience. -Experience working on USACE construction contracts is highly desired.
