The Role
Overview
Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts/material handling equipment at customer sites.

Tasks
-Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory -Accurately document work performed and communicate effectively with customers using our work order management system -Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, and electric) -Lead with a safety-first mindset, following all company and customer safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the equipment you service. -Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections

What You Bring
-Experience with ServiceMax or similar computerized maintenance/work order management systems preferred -Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record -Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude -Ability to work independently in the field -2+ years of experience in the material handling industry — or related experience in automotive, diesel, military, or heavy equipment mechanics
