The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on accountability, execution, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. -Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). -Proven success managing retail, tilt-wall, warehouse, or distribution projects. -5–10 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction. -Local experience in Central Texas preferred.
