Tasks
Assist in delivering end-to-end development and infrastructure projects across a varied and complex university & education portfolio. Having strong front end experience including feasibilities would be ideal. This role will assist senior team members in managing and delivering a variety of development and infrastructure projects across the university and education projects, focusing on project management, procurement, financial analysis, consultant management and stakeholder engagement. You’ll gain exposure to strategic investment and divestment work while developing strong foundations in development and infrastructure delivery. Experience in feasibility work as well as any experience with Estate Master would be ideal. -Assist with preparation, monitoring and updating of project business plans and programs -Support stakeholder consultation and engagement in collaboration with internal teams and external groups -Manage project risk registers and action plans -Conduct feasibility studies and financial modelling including sensitivity analysis -Assist in procurement and management of consultants and contractors -Assist in researching and developing inputs and options for development scenarios -Assist with preparation of project committee and board reports, attend meetings and follow up actions -Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental systems, including management of site access, inductions and permits -Support the preparation and ongoing management of budgets, financial forecasts and reporting -Work on leading university & education projects across a diverse property portfolio

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting -Sound writing ability and experience preparing papers and presentations -Strong commercial acumen with an ability to assist with feasibility modelling and risk identification -2-4+ years’ experience in a property development, project management, or real estate environment -Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills -Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, or a related discipline -Strategic thinker with initiative and problem-solving skills
